Nashville, Tenn. (May 9, 2016) - Urban Rescue's Wild Heart released last week to overwhelming response, debuting at No. 1 on the iTunes Christian Albums Chart in the US, quickly climbing to the No. 1 spot in the UK as well. Fans were quick to support the album, eagerly awaiting its arrival after a preview from the earlier-released 5-song Wild Heart EP.
Critics have also welcomed the new release, calling it "the perfectly refreshing balance between fun moments of praise and intimate times of worship," (NewReleaseToday) noting "If you're scanning the airwaves for this year's favorite new worship band, you can call off the search. Urban Rescue is here." (CCM Magazine) Outlets such as The Church Collective, Patheos, The Christian Beat, Authentic Manhood and more have supported the release, revealing more about Urban Rescue and the heart behind the album.
The band is currently in the UK for the final dates of the As Family We Go Tour: Part 1 alongside Rend Collective. This August, they will head out on the OUTCRY 2016 tour, joining Hillsong Worship, Kari Jobe and more.
Urban Rescue's current single "Never Stop," is quickly becoming a hit at radio as it steadily climbs charts. To listen to "Never Stop" and more from Wild Heart, click here.

With an untamed passion for worship emerging from pain and trials, the band has a heart to see broken cities and lives restored. Urban Rescue is currently on the As Family We Go Tour: Part 1 alongside Rend Collective, bringing music to fans across the US and UK. Urban Rescue's first full-length album with Rend Family Records, Wild Heart, is available now.
