Primarily known as bassist/backup vocalist for Emery, Devin Shelton will be dropping his second solo effort January 6th, 2017 on BC Music. Shelton wants to give fans an early listen to the title track “Sensation”, out today at DevinSheltonMusic.com. After a successful crowd fund campaign, Sensation will be released on BC Music. Shelton has taken to his solo efforts to navigate his childhood love for R&B and indie music. Inspired by a conversation with bandmate, Emery guitarist Matt Carter, Shelton began developing songs he had penned almost a decade ago. Sensation, his second solo effort, covers Shelton’s faith, his marriage and the recent loss of his mother. The record is one that Shelton has long dreamed to create: “I've wanted to write an R&B album for 10 years and it finally happens.
