"These guys are solid in the faith and just dope artists in general," Badu says. "They have a resume of being around for seven years making Christ centered music and I'm just so glad to be part of that legacy".

"I first connected with Lord when he sent me an email with his music, asking for feedback," Sola says. "His delivery took me back to when East coast rap ruled. That's what I grew up on so I was instantly blown away. I kept my eye on Lord for several years to see if he would stay consistent and he did. After that I reached out again and because of the relationship we already had it only made sense to keep the relationship going on in a professional manner."
