Nashville, Tenn. (Nov. 17, 2017) "I Am Found," the just unveiled single from Brad + Rebekah's upcoming album, marks the husband-wife duo's first song from their upcoming full length project. The new album, due out in early 2018, is the worship pair's first release since 2015 and their seventh album.

Both the song and forthcoming record stem from a three-year journey of asking pastors what is needed in the worship songs of the church. The topics and themes that emerged from these interviews were fashioned into fresh worship songs for the body of Christ. The axis of “I Am Found” is one of identity, remembering and declaring that we are not found in the things of this world but belong to the One who holds it all.

“It’s very easy to get lost in the identity of who you are based off what other people say,” shares Rebekah. “But in reality, as a child of Christ, all that really matters is His approval of us and that He really loves us. That we are found in Him."

Brad + Rebekah, alongside their two children, have been traveling full-time for nearly a decade equipped with a passion for worship, both in leading and teaching. Their heart is to write songs that are simple, solid and singable.

“We wanted this song to be a declaration and reminder that the labels of this world do not define us," further explains Brad. “The trappings of social media status, the job title we hold, the stuff we accumulate and even the role we play in our family can pull us from our true identity in Christ. Our lives are worth so much more to Christ than a momentary trending post, the brand of coffee we hold or the latest fashion. When I understand Christ's worth for me far outweighs any accolades this world can offer, I am truly free… I know where I belong… I am found.”
