NASHVILLE, TENN. (March 4, 2022) - Nashville’s up-and-coming artist, Munday Martin, today released “Snap Out Of It,” the artist’s eighth single in eight months.

The new, rock single was inspired during Martin’s 2020 commitment to share the gospel of Jesus Christ for 365 straight days in his hometown just outside of Nashville.

“I carried a cross, a symbol of how much the Father loved the world in giving His Son, down the streets of my city with a sense of urgency,” Martin said. “Jesus is coming back soon and no one is ready.”

Martin, with the help of his label, Munfunco Music, and producer John Mark Painter, hopes to inspire a sort of renaissance that awakens everyday believers to share their faith through arts, entertainment and even entrepreneurial endeavors. “Snap Out Of It” suggests listeners to do just that and show the world Jesus is still the only way to eternal life.

Do it now
Do it now
They need the answer
Say it now
Say it now
Take the big chance or
Be it now
Be it now
They need to see that
He is still way.

Listeners who have already heard the single boast of its unique take on Christian music and creative post-punk-inspired sounds. The unforgettable melodies serve as a constant reminder to all listeners to share the gospel when they can’t get the song out of their heads!

In only two minutes, Martin clearly and memorably conveys his point through the lyrics and sounds of “Snap Out Of It.” Listeners can find it on Spotify now!

The new single will also be featured on Martin's self-titled debut album releasing worldwide on April 1st. The album will feature the hit song "Silver Lining", which has been played every week by Nashville‘s biggest rock station 102.9 The Buzz.

About Munday Martin
Munday Martin (vocals, guitar, bass, percussion) is an up-and-coming, cutting-edge rock recording artist. He is also a songwriter, poet, painter, and acrobat. As a child in the 80s, he grew up singing and doing on-camera work for national TV and radio commercials such as “Hungry Hungry Hippos,” “Nintendo,” “McDonald’s,” and many others in New York City and Chicago.

He fearlessly taps into post-punk, new wave, and indie band rock sounds which he lovingly grew up with in the 80s and 90s and offers this generation a fresh new feast that is not only digestible but delicious. Munday just kicked his new music career off in 2021 and is already making waves in the music industry. He is now being played on Nashville‘s biggest rock station 102.9 The Buzz. His song “Silver Lining” is already approaching 100K views on his YouTube channel. He has also been chosen as Effect Radio’s upcoming artist of the month.
