EP Covers Inspired By Latin American Folk Art
"Tin Nichos" Celebrate Her American and Mexican Roots
Nashville, Tenn. (Oct. 23, 2025) — Latin Country artist
MORIAH is releasing her debut set of Country EPs back to back:
Nice Life (Oct. 24, stream
HERE) and
Buena Vida (Oct. 31, stream
HERE).
Nice Life features six tracks of songs, all co-written by MORIAH and produced by Paul Mabury. The companion EP Buena Vida will release on the eve of Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead), October 31, and presents each of the Nice Life songs in Spanish.
Of the title track, "Nice Life," MORIAH says, "Of all the songs I'd ever written, this was my grandmother‘s favorite; and one of the last ones she got to hear while she was still on this earth with us. She lived out its message well: A life of simplicity and surprise. Now more than ever, I want to live out the art of noticing. Catching a single glimmer each day of something beautiful. I hope listeners get curious about a similar way of life. Quieting the noise, calming the chaos and resting in the joy of needing less and gaining more time with the people who matter."
She expands on the heart behind the EPs by adding, "Since this EP was so deeply inspired by my family, I couldn’t wait to translate it into Spanish. Buena Vida will be the first top to bottom project I’ve ever released that some of my family members, including my grandfather, will be able to understand and enjoy and it’s entirety, with Spanish being their heart language. After completing this EP, I noticed a serendipitous iron post a short drive down a dirt road from my grandfather’s doublewide trailer in El Paso, Texas that says 'La Buena Vida.' I take this to be confirmation that even in the most barren and simple places, we can find the greatest joys and most precious times with the people we love. Now that’s what I call a Buena Vida."

ABOUT MORIAH:
MORIAH’s Mexican roots are evident in her work as an actress, producer (music & film), recording artist and songwriter. The L.A. native who now calls Nashville home, delivered her debut track “Hasta Mañana” — in English and Spanish — last Fall, and is part of CMT’s 2025 Next Women of Country class. This Spring she released her follow up single, “Sombrero” — in English and Spanish — and was on hand to witness the song’s music video debut in Times Square in May. Billboard Magazine has taken note of her “country sound and mariachi flair,” while The Tennessean says she is “among the first to blend a strong Latin and mariachi influence into country music,” and Music Row Magazine notes, “It’s high time we had a Latina country star.” Most recently, Rolling Stone exclusively debuted the official music video to "Supermujeres" recorded and co-written by MORIAH and friend, Ana Bárbara.
Always paying tribute to her heritage, MORIAH often points to the words of her grandfather as she describes her artistic mission: “’La música no tiene fronteras’ which means “music has no borders.”
