NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Emerging singer -- songwriter Jenna Raine celebrates the kind of love she always prayed for in "God Made Him,"available everywhere now via Warner Records. Written by Raine with Jimmy Robbins and Jack Riley, the sentimental ballad is the latest preview of her forthcoming debut album, Jeans, Boys & Jesus, due August 14. The relatable new track showcases Raine placing her full confidence in Jesus, encouraging listeners that God hears and cares about the desires in their hearts and is faithful in the details - even when it comes to love.
"I wrote 'God Made Him' for my dad," shares Raine. "I always dreamed of marrying a man who would feel like an answered prayer. Not just to me, but to my dad too. Someone who would be everything he hoped and prayed I'd find. This song reminds me that God really does hear our prayers. He cares about the desires of our hearts, even the ones we bring to Him about the person we hope to marry."
Almost one month away from Jeans, Boys & Jesus, the 12-track project is poised to reflect on life at 22 years old through themes full of faith, love, heartbreak, friendship, chasing dreams and growing up. Raine's honest storytelling captures the emotions and experiences every girl faces, creating songs rooted in comfort, hope and community. Today's release accompanies the stirring "What Would I Say?" and upbeat anthem "It Takes A Village," both released earlier this year.
"This album is the first 22 years of my life in a nutshell," shares Raine. "The very beginning of womanhood. Even though I haven't seen it all, there was plenty to learn from the mistakes I made in my teenage years. Like supporting my friends, never settling, raising my standards and most importantly, putting my faith first."
The rising songstress will share her new music on the road in 24 cities nationwide this fall. Marking Raine's first full U.S. headline run, the Jeans, Boys & Jesus Tour will visit major markets including Nashville, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and her hometown of Dallas. Tickets are on sale now at jennaraine.com.
Since her viral hits "It Is What It Is" and "see you later (ten years)" launched her onto the scene, Raine has garnered more than 466M global career streams as she continues to grow her devoted following.
