The long awaited Top Gun sequel kept getting delayed because of the global pandemic, but once it was experienced on an IMAX screen, I couldn't have agreed more with the decision to delay it till it could be experienced the way it was meant to be. It's a solid aviation action film and one that holds up with repeat viewings. Definitely my top for 2022.

"Trust your instincts. Don't think. Just do."

Honorable Mentions: There aren't any others I'd consider for a top spot, but I suppose other highlights would include The Batman and Jurassic World: Dominion (warts and all - it was just great to see the original cast reunited!).
