BEHIND THE SONG: Again, a song born out of prayer… a rushed morning and a commitment to not put my feet on the floor in the morning unless I have invited the Holy Spirit into the center of it all. His eyes are on us and I see that picture from Matthew 27 when Jesus cries out to God and experiences a separation from His heavenly Father for the first and only time in all of eternity. But because of that moment, because Jesus has won it all, we can be confident that just as He won our healing, forgiveness of sins, eternal security, He also won our confidence in closeness with the Father.
