"Having awe for God is a must. It has to do with reverence, amazement and the fear of the Lord. We tend to throw the term “awesome” around more than we should. I’ve heard it said that “awe” should be reserved for God alone. For example, if we say God is awesome, it seems silly to say that pizza is awesome. How can that compare to the awesomeness of God? I want this song to be the cry of a generation unashamed of God and of putting Him at the very top.
