Nashville, TN (April 20, 2010) - Momentum has been building for Byron "Mr. Talkbox" Chambers since the release of his album, My Time, last month. He recently signed an endorsement deal with Yamaha, has partnered with Artist Garden Entertainment for new management and has garnered a Dove Award nomination for "Rap/Hip Hop Song of the Year."

Definitely not a newcomer to the music scene, Chambers has paid his dues touring with some of the biggest names in the business, from *NSYNC and Brittney Spears to O-Town, Group 1 Crew and now, TobyMac. His infectious live performance caught the executives at Yamaha and they offered to partner with Chambers for an endorsement deal.

“I am excited to partner up with Yamaha because I've been playing their instruments for years now,” says Chambers. “They offer the best quality gear for me. In fact, my signature talkbox sound comes from a Yamaha DX 100.”

A rising career demands a team of passionate and dedicated people behind the scenes to handle the details and make everything happen, and choosing a manager is one of the most important decisions an artist can make. Chambers has teamed with Artist Garden Entertainment for an exclusive management deal. With a combined 35 years experience in the music industry, husband and wife duo, Keith and Diana Stancil are a perfect fit for Chambers.

Keith Stancil shares: "We are honored to be entering into a management relationship with Byron. His artistry and music are so incredibly relevant to today's mainstream pop music but his heart for spreading God's message is his primary purpose. Byron is a natural fit with our mission at Artist Garden Entertainment"

Not only is Chambers a well-respected musician, but he also does a lot of work behind the scenes in areas where he is helping other artists build their careers. Best known as a co-writer and performer on TobyMac’s “Diverse City,” and “Funky Jesus Music” on Toby’s brand new album, Tonight, Chambers arranged Danny Gokey’s performances for American Idol last season and continues to co-write for TobyMac, Martha Munizzi and others. His efforts recently garnered him a “Rap/Hip Hop Song of the Year” Dove Award nomination for the song “Movin’” on Group 1 Crew’s album Ordinary Dreamers.

“I'm over whelmed with joy and excitement about partnering up with Artist Garden and being nominated for a Dove this year!” explains Chambers. “Artist Garden has been a major asset in the success that's going on. Keith and Diana are full of wisdom and insight in this music industry. I'm also very excited about my new CD My Time! I’ve been getting calls and emails from people all over the world who are loving the new songs! God is blessing me way over and above what I thought would happen since moving to Nashville! I would encourage anyone who feels stuck, to Get On Up, step out in faith, and watch our God do the impossible through your life! I AM OVER JOYED!”

With an abundance of talent and an infectious personality that brings a smile to the face of everyone he meets, Chambers continues to make an impression everywhere he goes. His radio single, “Ground Zero,” is currently in the Top 10 on the BDS Rhythmic Charts. In addition, he continues to tour as part of TobyMac’s Diverse City Band and is booking solo dates around the country.
