These guys are always on their grind, and they consistently drop fantastic albums. Last year's Gold Tips was something different than most Playdough fans probably expected, but Playdough and Sean ran with the '80s throwback style and they took it by force. I haven't heard anything from it yet as I type this, but I've little doubt that it will make my top ten of the year, and it'll get my vote for best hip hop album of the year.

Playdough is just purely awesome. There it is; I said it. The music he makes with DJ Sean P is different than his regular material -- it definitely has a different flavor -- but anytime Playdough announces new music, I'm there. Fans of CHH over the years have undoubtedly heard Playdough all over the place and have developed some serious respect for the man. I can't wait to see what Playdough has for us next.
