Education: Batchelor's degree in Bible and Anthropology from Philadelphia Biblical University

Hobbies: Part time preacher, full time writer and lover of the Red Sox and a good bowl of oatmeal

Thing you MUST Know: The pen name "Tincan Caldwell" actually has a spiritual significance to me, but when asked I usually just say it's my hobo nickname from when I road the rails during the Great Depression.

Guilty Pleasures: Collecting comic books, comic book movies. (I feel compelled to see even the most awful ones if I read the comic as a kid. ...I'm talking about you, Green Lantern and Fantastic Four)

Favorite TV Shows: "Lost" is currently the best show I have ever seen, "Falling Skies" is currently what I look forward to every week.

Favorite Movie: Top five: Dead Poets Society, Oh Brother Where Art Thou?, Almost Famous, Forrest Gump, Patch Adams (Then the X-men and Lord of the Rings movies are right up there)

Favorite Actors: Robin Williams, Kevin Spacey, Tom Hanks, Patrick Stewart

Favorite Actresses: Zooey Deschanel, Robin Wright

Favorite Books: Bible, Grapes of Wrath, To Kill A Mockingbird, anything by Philip Yancey and C.S. Lewis. Also Blue Like Jazz and Wild at Heart.

Favorite Bands: The Choir, The Lost Dogs, Vigilantes of Love, U2, Coldplay, Jars of Clay, Third Day, Sixpense None The Richer, Johnny Cash, Bob Dylan and Mr. Neil Young.

Favorite Live Shows: Vigilantes of Love and Over The Rhine "Go Down Easy" tour 1996 was the best show I have ever seen. U2's "Elevation Tour" is a close second. I enjoyed covering Third Day during the "Conspiracy" tour of 1997. Those shows have a special place in my heart

Favorite Food: Hands down, Chinese food.

Favorite Drink: Moxie soda, go look it up and order a case!

Favorite Candy: Swedish Fish, Peanut M and M's

Favorite Restaurants: Million Dragon Restaurant down the street. The "Common Man" chain here

Little-Known Super Power: The ability to make a bad joke in any situation.
